Fast shipping, wish it could be free for higher tiers jn the loyalty program.

I had very high hopes for these products, as the reviews were amazing! Bought 4 products and not sure which of the 4 is making my scalp react wildly! Shampoo and conditioner seem fine ( in fact, the conditioner is quite nice! ) but the balm and styling creme, while performing good enough, make my scalp go nuts!

Awful customer service. I reached out to customer service for help and they took really long to respond. They responded 8h later when I no longer even had access to the chat. However when I received damaged product they were quick to resolve. My favourite curly products by far though.
