I bought an extra-large bottle of the multi-tasking conditioner because in the past I bought one of the small tubes to try it and it was the best smelling conditioner I had ever had and it worked well. Unfortunately, the contents of the giant bottle I bought doesn't smell nearly as good. It seems to detangle decently but overall I am disappointed.

I got the colour protectant shampoo & conditioner because, as I understood it, these were meant to remove buildup but also protect one’s colour. But for my thirsty 2c/3a hair, I found it was not that conditioning. My hair felt rough and it was tough to disentangle. I’ll finish off my bottles by applying a different conditioner and the shampoo as co-wash. I might give the colour protect conditioner to a friend.

It came at a good time, but I can’t use it! It burns my scalp!!!

3 stars for the 6+ week delay in shipping but the customer service was very prompt and friendly (once I reached out on IG). It would be good to send an email advising clients of shipping delays in future just to keep them informed.

Ordering was simple and delivery on time, but the hair dryer box was damaged with a large open tear in it. Fortunately, it was under the packaging base layer that the dryer sat on, and it wasn’t damaged.
