Fixed problem

The customer service at Crazy Cups is very good. They were accommodating to I had with a certain product. It was just too bad that the coffee product that I use to enjoy no longer has the same taste. It was due to the manufacturing process. Either a mistake in the making process, or cutting costs in making the product. Either way it drastically changed the taste, which I was disappointed with.
