Service is always GREAT but weather played a big role in postponing our delivery too, Mother Nature was being a pain in the BUTT so to speak!! Crazy Cups ALWAYS AIMS TO PLEASE, very satisfied with this company!! Their coffee pods have an amazing flavor as well!!

Thiis was great smelled like it tasted and my wife likes it.
