Went to the event to learn and learn I did. Lots of positive sharing of ideas and experiences.

As a first time attendee at this conference it was a success from a business perspective for RLG Group. We had several meetings arranged prior to travelling to the conference which yielded business opportunities for us, also we were able to listen to industry leaders to understand their views/pain points etc in respect of consumer returns - which was very informative. In addition we were able to engage/interact with other business leaders that we had not met before so hopefully opening up doors for further future engagements. The team responsible for the conference ( James, Christine, Caitlin, Paula and all of the others) were fantastic in their support and engagement. Extremely professional and all the while supportive, open and friendly. I look forward to working with the team again in the future.
