Consumer Returns 2017 really covered the breadths of managerial challenges pertaining to handling and managing returns. As an academic, I was not aware of this full breadth of issues related to returns. This conference has been very helpful to gain new insights regarding what needs to be done.

Thanks for a great conference. I appreciate the information shared and opportunity to network with my peers at other retailers. We will be back next year and bring more people from our organization. This experience was helpful.
