Great show

thought it was great, very well put together.

What I liked most about the Consumer Returns Conference was the accessibility to the exact industry people that I need to reach. Reverse Logistics and Consumer Returns are such specific business areas, as compared to the larger Supply Chain or Sustainability conferences. It really helps to know that all attendees are focused on the same general area and goals. Consumer Returns made it easy to meet with and speak to everyone on my "must meet" list. The exhibitor breaks, round tables, and networking events were great for that. I would recommend that the offsite event be held within walking distance to the venue or in the main Nashville entertainment area. Otherwise, everything was great!

This year's conference was a terrific forum with a diverse group of participants. It was a fantastic opportunity to discuss opportunities and issues stemming form the increasing complexity of today's retail landscape. Looking forward to next year!
