It was good to learn that there are many retailers trying to do right by the customer while looking for ways to reduce cost and drive new sales through the returns experience.

Hi - This was my first year to attend Consumer Returns. As a member of Operations vs Sales, I was pleased at the mix of disciplines represented at the event. Content was relevant and opportunities to discuss more specific challenges provided time to extend solution-focused ideas.

Great Show! The Consumer Returns team was very knowledgeable and friendly. The Hutton was a very nice hotel, but lacked the adequate reception/bar area for additional networking. Overall, great experience and would return again.

Very much enjoyed the interaction between Retail - Sales - Merchant divisions. Very organized and beneficial
