Great conference overall. Would love to see more academic presentations, or perhaps a blended industry/academic panel next time around. On the social media side, I loved how you could interact live through the app. It would be great to have a clearly defined hashtag to share on other platforms as well.

The show was interactive, engaging and brought together industry leaders who were looking to gain knowledge and increase opportunities. The show was very beneficial and we look forward to attending next year

Manufactures require more Day 3 type of topics - return prevention. Day 3 was very useful for Samsung Canada. All manufactures and resellers need to collaborate and brainstorm together to reduce returns at store level.

It has been pleasure to come to the conference and always looking forward for next year, hope to have more diversified attendance on both side of the reverse logistics spectrum.
