Suggestions: More smaller group breakouts and more diverse groups. Too many companies in the electronics industry space: OEM, Retailers, refurbishers and liquidators. We discussed large products and appliances was a big problem but did not focus or adequately address them in case studies, etc... Perhaps more OEM companies in the large products space would have added more value for myself personally.

Great content for a first time Consumer Returns participant. Only ask, to keep people coming back year after year, somehow re-engineer the content. If not, I could see this being an event I would come to every few years.

Happy with presenters and content of conference. Would prefer to spend more time comparing notes with other companies and less on discussing software solutions with vendors.
