Good product bad customer service

Only received two in what was supposed to be a 3 pack!

Poor customer service only sent me partial of my order

I ordered two Exfoliating Cloths-3 pack, #CL-02619-S and only received one 3-pack. Starting Feb. 2, I've sent 3 emails and left a voice mail and received no response from the company. Can't speak to anyone and just have several names to leave voice mails, no customer service option. My order number was #24121. Can't say much for the customer service and this ended up being a very expensive item.
