Horrible Bad product and no customer service

I ordered two packets with 3 large body exfoliators in each. The total was over $50. Only one packet arrived in the shipment. I have emailed their "customer service" now 3 times to get the rest of my order - no response. Although the sponges themselves are ok, the company appears to be a front of some kind with no actual contact for customer service. Be aware.

My order never shipped

So poor. Would like to know how to get what I ordered. I am sure it is just a mistake but why can't I get someone to turn this around.

Terrible customer service. I’ve sent three emails now that have all been unanswered. I received the wrong item and am extremely disappointed with the experience.
