Order#27458not allowed to return? The jacket was so big for large size and I can’t return back? Really bad service

It took longer to process and get updates about the order. I ordered 2 pairs of hi visibility pants 36x30, they didn’t fit as it is the manufacturer’s fault, I got charged 20$ to receive the package and then I had to return them for another 20$ (the sizes from tough duck are wrong), I explained to Tyler the issue but didn’t sound like he cared, all that was important for your company is the money, but keeping the customer for the long run. I live in Toronto and there a huge potential for your business, construction and railway businesses are exploding here. If money is your target, then Toronto is your area to make. I ordered the set of signet screwdrivers that came with a pouch. The pouch was not in the set. I phoned and left my information and received no response. I will not be ordering another thing.

I came home to find a Purolator sign on my door advising me that my parcel is in a facility and now I have to go pick it up of which I can't because I don't get home until after they close and they will only hold it for 5 business days so I guess it will be going back to you of which I better be getting a refund. They could of just left it at the door like every other shipment I receive from everyone else I deal with so maybe you should use a delivery service that does just that instead of making it an inconvenience for people that work for a living and aren't able to be at home waiting around for a parcel.
