Cleanflow Utility Supply Company

Paid extra for shipping and my delivery is delayed and they want me to pick it up from somewhere and have not notified me yet! It would of been cheaper and quicker to pick it up! They do not respond to email I sent prior to their shipping.

Ordered 2 parts necessary to hook up main water supply to our home. Website showed in stock. They did not bother to inform me one was on back order after I first asked what the hold up was. Had to email again days later. Sent half the order...but sent the wrong part. Had to call again Waited 2 days for correct part (still half order) ended up buying the other part from another company and finished hooking up our water again. 4 weeks later the last of the order has shown up. For the prices charged, I would expect better communications, and less blaming their suppliers for their inaccurate inventory. Not even sure that his company is an actual brick and mortar company. Acts like a drop shipper.

Where is my order? As of today 07 15 22 @ 9:54 am Have not received any delivery
