Good Start, Extremely Poor Finish
I support Canadian companies where I can. I won't support this one after this experience. Order desk was timely, friendly, and efficient with order, and supplied me answers to all my questions. After my order was placed, it went south. Issues: communication stated that my items would be shipped within 5 business days. On the sixth business day, I was told it could take up to a further 14 days. Attempted to cancel my order, and was later told a shipment had come in that day. To add insult, only partial order of items purchased would be shipped. Missing item would be back ordered with no prior communication. I was on a tight time schedule, and neither of these options were favorable to me. I purchased these items locally, got my repair completed, and was on the road. Items received from Cleanflow are of no use to me. Not impressed with the order follow-up communication, nor the shipping company or department. Cleanflow has been removed from my "Buy From" List
