UPS charged me $54.87 for shipping. I was told shipping fees were included in my $1500.00+ purchase.

In ordering items from site to ship to states, during check out process prices suddenly switched from Canadian dollars to US Dollars. After weeks of waiting for shipping notification was advise that they were out of item. Resolved after a couple of in person phone calls and items were received but feels like they're not ready for more than a regional marketing sales.

it took 2.5 months to get my parts. I understand that parts get back order. what gets me mad is every time I phoned you promise to get back to me and it never happen. 6 times All you had to say is you didn't know when they would show up.

Received the wrong part. After bringing it your attention four days ago I still have not heard how you will rectify the problem
