I ordered a sump pump from Cleanflow. I have no idea how good it is because it hasn’t arrived yet. I ordered it weeks ago, and not only has it not arrived, I’ve been given no information about its shipping. Just that that product “was delivered”, which after doing some research, I realized means Cleanflow delivered it to the shipping company (whomever that is). I have no other info to go on.

Placed my order online Nov 7th, sent an email a few weeks later, no reply, week later, sent a message on your homepage, no reply, finally I called and received the reassurance that my order was received and was going to be shipped that day. I believe in supporting local and Canadian businesses. I wish for your success but need to work on communication on all format. Cheers Claude

Good quality and great price but first time buy took forever…..mistake….but got a Call and my stuff. A bad day but will shop again
