Took me to ask the question of where my order was to have customer service respond that the order was lost. After initial reaching out email customer service was responsive, but the lost order is still just as shitty.

I was hoping for Cira to become my goto supps. But because if the very sweet taste, I'll be thinking about it...

Have not heard back from support about returning my pink candy pregame from my first order and have emailed them twice in a week.

Support was very nice but I'd have to pay shipping to get a different flavor and I just don't want to pay more for a product I didn't like to begin with or to return it.
