Shipping costs made this the last time I will be shopping Cira. The products are great but the shipping costs wayyyy too much.

Cira sent me a coupon for Free Shipping and then I have to pay in order to pick up. Not impressed! Not to mention, it didn’t come to my door, so it’s been delivered for over a week but since I work and my post office is in an inconvenient area I haven’t been able to get the product yet… definitely enough of an inconvenience I will NOT be purchasing again. How disappointing to get free shipping as well just to be billed on the other end.

3 weeks and counting still no product, not sure if this is their normal. This was my first purchase .

Awful. I was so excited to try these products after seeing them around and was nothing but let down. It’s very frustrating to spend close to $100 on an order, never have it show up, have package protection and tracking never work, have customer service not care about you whatsoever, then be told you’re getting a refund and never receive it. So disappointed In the company I will never recommend.
