I was very pleased and impressed with the quality of the sofa and especially with the customer service we received. One of the sections of sofa was mistakenly sent with an ottoman cushion, which is about two inches larger than the sofa cushions. I informed customer service and they responded right away. I believe within a few days I had the correct cushion. We love our new sofa!
