When I had an issue with my order my email was responded to quickly and the issue resolved in a couple of days! It was so easy and I didn't feel like I need to fight to be heard or wait days for responses like other companies.

We love our recliner! The design and size is perfect, it’s not bulky and doesn’t take up a lot of space. The built in lumbar pillow makes sitting in the chair very comfortable. We purchased the genuine leather and wow, it is buttery soft and already has that broken in feel to it. Not stiff at all.
