Then we reached out to customer service for a clarification on the coupon and discount and we were impressed both by the timely response and by the personalized response. Which made us order the first Elvin leather chair. Then we got the chair and the interior family battle of whose chair it is started and we ordered an additional chair which beautifully transformed the whole room. Now we have a pair of Elvins chairs 😂 Thanks 🙏 Chita for the professional customer service , thoughtful packaging, robust and well built awesome looking chairs!
