Shopping went well and easy assembly

The chair & Ottoman are very comfortable and soft. This chair also provides better lumbar support than most recliners with a lumbar adjustment. The white leather is absolutely beautiful. I am 5’7” / 200 lbs and the fit is perfect for me. I tried many higher end brands with a much higher price and they were not as comfortable. This is not a chair design that you will sink into. Instead, you sit in a relaxed position without obstruction or restriction. The single recline adjustment feels solid and provides exact recline options to your needs. Very well made and the installation of both bases was effortless. The adjustable headrest works perfectly and stays in position. I was hesitant to purchase a chair I could not try beforehand, but I have absolutely no regrets. After looking at dozens of recliners, I found myself coming back to this one multiple times. I will note that the images on the Chita website made me think the wood was a darker gray, but I am still very happy with the overall appearance. 5 stars for sure !
