I ordered the Elvin Genuine Leather Recliner Lounge Chair & Ottoman set and it was delivered within 3 days. I have never bought a piece of furniture online before and was nervous about how it would look and feel. But this set looks just as good in person as on the web, and it is (for me, at least) very comfortable. Assembly is pretty straightforward, just 4 bolts for each piece and slide in the headrest, but be aware that the chair with stand is pretty heavy!! Once I had put it together, I found that the chair back would not stay upright when I sat in it. It didn't flop backwards, but would slowly move to the reclined position. I reached out to Chita's customer service team and they were very responsive. I sent them a short video of the problem, then tried a quick fix per their instructions. When that did not solve the issue, they immediately offered to send me a replacement for the chair piece and did not require me to return the original broken one. The replacement came in 2 days and works like a charm. It's never nice when a purchase like this has a defect from the get-go, but I am so impressed by the responsiveness and honesty of the company's service people. I am really happy I took the chance on ordering from Chita, and will definitely look to them again should I have more furnishing needs.
