Over all my 10x10 Little Cottage has been enjoyable to assemble. My disappointment came when I was taking inventory of all the components in the kit. That's when I discovered the the floor I paid extra to get was missing the 24"x24"x5/8 section. I've read other reviews about missing part and know that your customer service is less than enthusiastic about righting the wrong, so I'm not even going to bother with them.

Missing parts of the kit and wrong items sent. Instruction guide a bit weak in descriptions.

Partical board was broken from bad shipping but couldn't see it inside the protecting plastic found it after i opened it

Delivery has still not been made and communication on the delivery date has been almost nonexistent Hard to rate when I have nothing to rate

There was a hole in the wrapping of the shippment making me wonder if parts are missing I was the last delivery of delivery
