Communication is poor. They scheduled delivery without verifying and I had to have my wife leave work to be home. They just left the pallet in the street even though I don't have a curb. I had 2 bad pieces of wood. One 2x4 and one sheet of plywood and no one's replying to my email to address the problem. Customer service has been terrible.

Ordering was great and shipping was scheduled around the time that I required. However, the delivery company never made contact so I would know when to expect the truck. The shed arrived on an 18-wheeler (not a typical delivery truck) to be dropped off at the end of a narrow county road. The driver attempted to back up to the property and proceeded to get stuck in the mud. We pulled him out with a mini-excavator and offloaded the shed onto a flatbed trailer to complete the delivery. None of that should be expected from the client and it could all have been avoided if the company had made contact in advance. They would have been forewarned about the delivery circumstances and a bobtail truck would have avoided the problem. Not very well planned by the delivery company!

Still has not arrived. Scheduled for last Friday and I waited. Scheduled for today, never showed up. Hoping it comes tomorrow. But not counting on it.

Website was great, shipping was bad and ended up having to get a refund because they couldn't get it delivered.

Bad instructions, way more time to build, but at least it's quality wood. Really believe we would have been better off just building from scratch at the end of the day.
