Kit needed some modification since I was putting it on a concrete slab with no floor but everything I needed was there and everything fit well. I'm very happy with my purchase and it looks like it will last a long time. I do wish the no floor version came with some treated wood for Base.

I’ll start either the ordering process. I found the shed on a big box site but contacted the company to ask a couple questions and then ended up, purchasing it direct. The man that helped me, Terry, was very knowledgeable and responded to emails with follow up questions after making the sale. That is big in my book. The instructions are good, not great. I have never built a shed before, but I am very handy and couldn’t tell you the last time I pulled in somebody for work at the house. I would say with some more detailed pictures and instructions, Some of the build would have gone easier. I would say the hardware in the kit, nails, screws, etc. are not the best quality. I ended up adding many of my own construction screws, and bought a sturdier framing nails. The shed went together overall pretty well, but some of it just did not lineup properly. I’m not sure if their measurements were off or I may have erred, but some things took some tweaking. Some steps were not laid out in the instructions, and you had to figure it out by looking at some of the pictures. I ended up adding some extra 2 x 4 studs because some of the lip overlap from the shed walls just did not line up with the studs and to make the shed more sturdy. I purchased addl two by fours and nailed the lip overlap from the shed walls into those. I know this was not user error as I framed the studs in the pre-Marked positions, and the walls were completely square and lined up perfectly on the edges of the shed walls. That is really all the negative I could say. All of the wood within the shed kit was of fine quality, none of the studs were warped or bent, And the flooring kit and roof OBS was of good quality. I did end up, adding some hurricane ties to the 4x4 foundation runners to hold the floor of the shed more sturdy. Every piece of the kit had markings on the wood denoting which piece it was for which I thought was great. This is not in the instructions, but I ended up caulking all of the corners, trim, windows, and anywhere Water might seep through. All in all I would say it was worth the money, and unless you’re a complete beginner and have intermediate building skills, This was not a difficult job. It is definitely a two person job. In fact, with putting up the walls and moving them, it took my entire family as they are very heavy and where you have to splice the walls together was a weak point. I would buy it again and have enjoyed it so far. I am happy with the finished product and had a great memory building few days with my youngest.

Nice People & Very Good customer service. More needs to be done for assembly Instructions, So many discrepancies & vagueness in photos.

I didn't get 4 roofing pieces so I had to buy and cut my own.

Material quality was excellent, instructions need improvement and shipping communication was non-existent.
