Okay but not great

Disappointed with several aspects. When purchasing, 4-5 day delivery was guaranteed but it took over 2 weeks to get the shed package. Tracking was non existent and Little Cottage and Estes just pointed fingers. Estes was horrible with the delivery. The driver called me asking if I had a forklift to unload the package. Nobody just owns a forklift. The package itself, IMO, was packed backwards. The floor sheeting was buried under roof sheeting and siding which is backwards considering you have to build the floor first. Several cuts on the truss boards were inconsistent and the boards were warped making assembly extremely difficult. My roof looks like a rolling wave because of the warping and poor cuts along with warped bottom and top plates. My door trim and roof trim were not labeled and they are exactly the same width but different lengths along with the instructions stating the wrong width measurement. Nails are cheaply made. I had several just snap in half when hammering them in. I ended up using my own nails and nail gun. Overall the shed is ok. I bought the kit to save time and money but after fighting with the delivery and dealing with the warped materials, I think I would have been better off picking my own lumber and making my own cuts.

Good quality better instructions

I have the 8x10 gambrel chicken coop barn. I just finished putting it together and installing the roof. It seems to be of good quality but I do have 2 problems. 1) I was told it would take 2-4 weeks for delivery and it took 6 weeks and I live just over 1 hour away from their facility. They did not call to let me know it was going to be longer than 4 weeks. I had to contact them 2) The instructions are not good. They are very vague and basic. It seems like they are instructions for all of the barns/coops regardless of model or size. The hardware list did not match what was in the box(nails& screws). They didn't list how many nails or screws per section or how far apart to put them. Sometimes the pictures didn't match the instructions( the picture has a guy with a drill but the instructions would say to use nails). Better more detailed instructions would be great along with a video showing someone putting it together. With that being said, I did call them a few times and ever time I called I spoke with a live person immediately who was very nice and answered alll my questions or connected me with the right person. Some of the calls were about assembly and the person answered my questions and was very helpful. I would recommend buying from this company

Pretty good.

Mostly good experience. A couple directions challenging to follow, a few warped studs, and had no 3” nails but pounds of extra 2”.
