Quick delivery, although had to

Quick delivery, although had to drag it all the way down a 100' flat level driveway, in the rain, as they only deliver 'curbside' i.e. to the sidewalk/street. Box was pretty banged up on delivery, but no actual damage to vanity.

When I chose this vanity

When I chose this vanity I thought the backsplash was what elevated the vanity. Unfortunately, the company is not able to safely ship the backsplash. It arrived to my home broken twice and the first time was very poorly packaged. They are defensive in how they handle returns and refunds. When calling them, the woman was unfriendly and first asked where I purchased the vanity, clearly hoping to shut me down right away. They required a photo of the broken piece and responded with unfriendly communication. I had no notice of when the second backsplash would arrive to my renovation location, but they strictly expect a phone call and photo within 48 hours. My husband said I should have just purchased locally for better service, and after this whole experience and no backsplash I totally agree.
