To many wrong items on my first order so there are no second chances for me

The vanity arrived & is very nice. The backsplash was packaged at the bottom of the vanity & arrived cracked . Still awaiting a response after phone calls & email.

The cold water knob doesn’t open or close. It spins freely.

The color was not blue...it was light green.

Not very courteous
