Customer service was nice and friendly. Did manage to finally get the weights shipped to me

Order was correct and product arrived in good condition. Took a minute for processing and shipping, so it was almost 2 weeks before I received from the opposite side of the US.

Price reduction offset the cost of shipping. Delivery time was OK

Good quality but the weights arrived greasy and stinky which was something I hoped I would avoid by paying the premium price. They still smell very strong even after wiping them off a bunch.

Centr themselves were great! The item was shipped promptly. . . processed the same day, and the machine was on its way to me soon afterward. However, I have concerns about the company contracted to deliver (hence my 2-star rating for this survey). 0/5 stars for HSS Logistics. They had my shipment for a week before they delivered it. I tried to make accommodations for delivery to no avail. On multiple times they did not show when they said they would. Additionally, they did not proactively inform me of their delays or inability to deliver. I always had to call to inquire as to why there was no delivery. I lost 12 hours of work waiting for them to show.
