I’d be more inclined to write a review of the heart strap worked more than twice.

Website description doesn’t list what size the bolts are to see if it will fit on the rack that I wanted to put it on. I’m outside of the “15 day” return window from the date I purchased it because it took 9 days to get to me, which leaves me 6 days to try and install it.

Pretty disappointed that these sandbags came unfilled. I was not prepared and it was not convenient for me to have to find sand, then to fill each bag. We needed these for Hyrox Pro training and it delayed using them for a whole week due to the situation. I've only ordered sandbags one other time from another company, but they came ready to use.

The seams are ripping way too easily . This bag is meant to be dropped on the floor and the seams are not strong enough on both sides. I wish you will improve on the next generation. I offer hyrox classes and people love to see official equipment otherwise I would order sandbags from another company.

ASKING FOR A REVIEW TO A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER WHO HASN'T RECEIVED THERE GEAR IN OVER 2 MONTHS IS TERRIBLE- ASKED TO SPEAK ON CALL TO A MANAGER SEVERAL TIMES AND NO ONE CALLS. I TRIED CALLING AND CAN'T GET ANYONE ON THE LINE. TERRIBLE BUSINESS FOR GYM OWNERS
