Trying to be helpful, Ben...
The last time I responded to your "New Cellar" email to place an order, the website was very, very slow (spinning circle while processing each action I took). This is not good because it is frustrating for the customer trying to place an order (because he or she wants to be the first to order, and not lose the purchase to someone else). It also wastes your customers' time. And it does not reflect well on the professionalism of your business, when other competing sites are not slow.
Please accept these comments as constructive criticism, from an old management consultant who made his living giving advise to businesses.
