Ordered new parts for my gun. They sent back a email saying the air cap I ordered had been replaced with another. It's the wrong one . The one they sent is for a siphon gun not pressure pot. Wasted my money

My order came incomplete. I sent an email and never had any response. I called and they transferred to other people and never answered me back. I left message and nobody called me back. The customer service could be your priorities and that's is not the case. I really deceptioned.

When I purchased the item. It said I will receive it in 2-7 days and it’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received it yet.

I ordered 3 small parts for my Graco spray gun on 11/29, the order acknowledgement indicated no backorders, I was charged for all 3 parts. No follow up or communication regarding the back ordered items, I finally called on December 9 to check on them, and was told that they would ship the next day 2nd day ups..... as if this morning still nothing delivered. Poor service and communication :(
