First I must say that this is the only place found the parts I needed and they were delivered in a timely manner. However the site is so user-unfriendly, I wouldn't have used it otherwise. Does not state any where that $10 min purchase is required, only says no shipping method is quoted. Had to go to chat person to find that out. An item the I did not want was added to my order. It did say that the item could not be ordered separately and was part of a kit and listed no charge, but I don't like items added that I don't want. Could not delete it as a line item because when my items were added to the cart (3 that I wanted plus the unwanted) it lumped them as one item. Deleting the whole order did not work either as the item kept reappearing.If you enter the site from the home page, it is seemingly impossible to get to the parts I needed. Searching or clicking on tabs would not take me to the spray gun parts, just back to the home page. I accidentally got to the parts list order form from my google search. I had to login thru my Amazon account to check out if I didn't want to register on the ccisinc site, but wouldn't let me choose from my Amazon method of payments, so I had to pay from my personal account rather that my company account. This process has taken probably 2 hours to order 3 parts that cost $7.30 which turned into 5 parts that cost $11.10 plus $10.00 shipping which is also ridiculous since they could be put in a padded mailer for under $2 or in a USPS small priority box for about $5.
