I ordered something online and the system was glitchy. I tried later to be able to open up my invoice online and was unable to. I emailed about the first glitch and the customer service I received then was very good. However people cannot realistically be expected to email every time your website fails to perform properly.

disappointed
order had no movement until i called. then 50% (1/2) items were shipped. 2nd item was to be drop shipped, now we're waiting again :(

Hmmm
Not happy with slow shipment. I needed two small items shipped immediately and I was led to believe that they would be but as it turned out they needed to be purchased from the manufacturer then sent to CCIS then shipped to me without a tracking number... It took 2 extra weeks to get the items i needed within days.

Had to call 3 times
Had to call 3 times to check on my order, pretty sure I talked to the same guy the first 2 times, only got a response after demanding a call back within the day
