Don’t fit. Sent two requests to return with no response

Service was not great. Don’t respond to emails. Took forever to get the filter in stock and to customer. Don’t even carry the filter for my xl regular purifier make you buy the HEPA which is significantly more money. Not impressed overall with the company.

I'm having a terrible time. I have not received the item I ordered and so far I can't get no satisfaction! so far I would rate my experience as subpar
