The filter arrived damaged and unusable two weeks ago today. I sent messages via the website, to the customer service email and called customer service to be told that someone would call me. I have received no response from these efforts and have now turned this matter over to my credit card company.

Received damaged packaging and damaged filters. Boxes were wet, deteriorating, and damaged from transport. Only 1 of the 2 filters I ordered were usable.
