No problems with product but probably will look for a different one in the future

Took a year to get the filters for the air purifiers. Site always said “Sold Out”. Not sure what happened to the supply chain. Perhaps they should be made in America.

Not happy being unable to exchange the filter for the right size. I wanted to order the reg size for my 18S but got no answer from my email to you so you sent the large one and then ,after I tried to fit it in my unit, discovered that it cannot be replaced. Now I’m stuck with a too large filter for my air purifier. It would be wonderful if you could help out.

I would not recommend a Carrier air purifier. The filters are often not available, and customer service is terrible.
