Had an issue recently that was eventually solved via email. However could have been resolved much faster had I been able to get in touch with a real person via telephone. This was impossible to do with your company.

Had trouble with the mobile site. I knew it wasn't going to work so I contacted support. They were very good and seemingly took care of all the issues I had with trying to input the address on the mobile site. Half the order showed up in August still waiting for the rest. One package had the correct address the other had the same address but not house number. Talked to support again. Seems to be handled again this time. It was supposed to show up as a surprise for my friend but that is no longer due to shipping complications. All it all it has been more of a hassle then it was worth. Nice idea. Poor execution. Not sure if I'll order again. I haven't even seen the product yet.

My daughter sent this gift product and had to contact the company several times to secure delivery. She was not able to be here to taste the sausage and the meat is too spicy for normal palates.

The idea Is awesome, the boxes are amazing I think out iof the 6 boxes or so I’ve had there has only been 1 single salami I haven’t liked. But the delivery Is absolutely awful, I think I have received the box Without any issues 1 time out of the 6 boxes I’ve had, it’s been sent to the wrong Address most times, one month I didn’t get the box I was supposed to get because mine got sent to the wrong place so I got sent a box that was just put together. I’m still waiting on this months box as apparently my address was wrong in the system even tho the first boxes got to me fine. To be honest if next months box doesn’t arrive without any issues I will probably cancel my subscription as the whole point of it is to not have to worry and have the convenience Of having the box delivered to my door, which isn’t very convenient if I have to email every month to check where my box is.

I still haven’t received my box so I have no review, maybe I’ll review my Father’s Day gift by August
