They keep sending my review emails a few days after my order. I ordered just after the 1st, and apparently they only mail on the 1st.....So not sure what I am reviewing

Having ordered the last box (July) thought the promo on travelzoo, I'm left disappointed. The 5 products in the box can be purchased at my local grocery store, for less than the actual value of the box. As well, the knife I was supposed to receive was the Opinel 6, but i received 112... I contacted costumer service on this and the last communication from them was basically to contact travelzoo, as they couldn't help me anymore.

I received my box and had some concerns about shelf stability and even after your response am not certain I’m comfortable trying the bacon. This was a gift and I wasn’t impressed by the packaging quality. We’ll see.

Can’t really review something that I order for Dad for Father’s Day but have not received it...

You have good quality meat, but you make it seem like you will get an assortment every month when you actually get a bunch of a single type of meat. Also, there was an option to add a pepperoni stick bouquet, which I opted out of, and thank god I did, because my second month was just that. A pepperoni stick bouquet. You have a good idea with good quality meats, but you really screwed the pooch on the execution. Very disappointed. You get 2 stars solely for the quality of the meat and lost all others because of your false advertising and poor to nil customer service.
