Placed first order on Sept 13th and still haven't received. Got an email first week October telling me my order will ship the following week the 8th of October. Still shows "processing" on the "my orders" page. Sent email on Monday, October 15th asking where my order was, Jack sent an email back saying I would have a tracking number by the end of the week, its Thursday and no tracking number. Disappointing. Likely going to cancel after the 3 months, I was hoping for better.

Product is descent but customer serves is quite terrible and slow. I called for over a week and no one answered. I then emailed twice and had to wait over 2 weeks for a response and they still managed to mix things up.

Last box was rotten slices of fat, stink of death and plastic.i would not feed to my dogs,AND there was nothing in the box..very angry

Not impressed.

Have not gotten my September box yet
