We have been subscribing for quite a long time. This month we have yet to get our box and when I emailed asking about it was told it's just the post office not updating their information. Already been billed for next month and not sure I will ever get either.

The product and packaging seem great. My issue was I didnt recieved the message with my email. I thought was being scammed so I emailed and didnt recieved a reply after 24 hours. I then tried to call and the number doesn't accept calls. Poor customer service.

I paid for two parcels as Christmas gift early in December. They shipped one in error. Rather than fixing their mistake and express shipping the other, they offered $10 coupon which should rather have been put towards fixing their error and ensuring it would arrive in time - not December 28th (or later). Not cool!

We have received a couple of boxes so far and we have been less than impressed with the selections. First of all, we live in South Florida and I was quite surprised that the boxes arrived without dry ice packaging. Some of the hard salami was fairly moist & soft from the heat. Needless to say, we didn’t bother eating it. The subscription ordered was supposed to include a knife. It never arrived and I was told I would receive a credit that quite frankly I would not redeem. We have decided to give it one more try and will cancel if the selection doesn’t impress.
