Placed my order May 13,2019 in hopes of receiving it before Fathers Day and unfortunately tracking was updated and will not get the order until after Fathers Day. Customer Service responsed quickly however not happy with delay of order, been over a month and still nothing and will not be recommending to others.

I'd love to review your product, unfortunately I cant because I didnt get it in time for fathers day. Dont advertise you ship first week of the month and then wait until the last possible day to ship. Who ships on a Friday?! I dont blame Canada post because everyone knows how long they take sometimes. Which is why you should ship orders sooner rather than later! I really hope the product ends up being what I hoped otherwise this was a waste of time and money.

I have not receieved the box yet so this review is solely based on the customer service I havereceieved. I ordered the gift package for my dad for Father's Day having no idea he wouldn't be able to receive it until July due to the fact that items are shipped once a month. There is no way I have seen to cancel an order which means I'd have to email you directly & wait for actual person to respond which always takes too much time. The system seems like it's built for subscribers & not built out for one time purchases, but based on the lack of control for the one time purchase I'm not sure I'd want to subscribe because I'm not sure how easy it would be to manage my subscription.

the box is great. when it finally arrives. service is terrible. i received an email on 5/26 that my shipment would be sent in the next week. it's 6/6 and my GIFT has not been received by the recipient AGAIN. this is 3 out of 4 months that it has not happened the way its supposed to.
