FRUSTRATING
I had a terrible and frustrating experience when I put in my first order. I can't seem to get a person on the phone or response to my query of why the cost of the Classic Box turned into $55 when it first appeared as $50, I kept getting an email from Tim who kept reminding me to finalize my order but never answered my question. Then I kept getting asked which item am I ordering when I had mentioned a box of Classic in all my emails to Customer Service. I kept asking for somebody to phone me and included my phone number so I can get directed to finalize my order. But nobody bothered to phone me. Just the usual reminder that I have something in my basket. After trying 2-3 ordering on line, somehow, it finally went thru. I almost gave up but I really want to try the cured meat. So, I persevered.
