FRUSTRATING

I had a terrible and frustrating experience when I put in my first order. I can't seem to get a person on the phone or response to my query of why the cost of the Classic Box turned into $55 when it first appeared as $50, I kept getting an email from Tim who kept reminding me to finalize my order but never answered my question. Then I kept getting asked which item am I ordering when I had mentioned a box of Classic in all my emails to Customer Service. I kept asking for somebody to phone me and included my phone number so I can get directed to finalize my order. But nobody bothered to phone me. Just the usual reminder that I have something in my basket. After trying 2-3 ordering on line, somehow, it finally went thru. I almost gave up but I really want to try the cured meat. So, I persevered.

June snack pack

I received a bouquet. Not what I was expecting at all. Everywhere on the website shows the snack pack and the bouquet as 2 separate items. Like even at the bottom of this review the products are 2 separate items! I wanted to try some different meats to see if the box is worth the subscription. My husband says the meat sticks are delicious. Your customer service centre is atrocious, tried to contact by phone or email and it took days to figure out whether I received the right product or not. Overall, I would like try another box to see if some of the actual meats are as good as the meat sticks.

Gift order

We still have not received the Carnivore Club order that we ordered in early May. The tracking number does not work. I may consider canceling the remaining months.

hard to tell.....

I made an online order June 5 but had issues and so I emailed customer service and Matt said they where having problems that day. I asked to be informed of when the order would go through and I am still waiting........it was to be a gift

Product is good but don’t like their business practices

When you join you are forced to buy 3 months Without ever trying their boxes you’d think you could quit after the first one if you didn’t like it. I liked the product but hasn’t eaten even half of it after 3 shipments so I cancelled thinking once I ate all I had I’d try a once a quarter delivery. I canceled 3 weeks before the next order was received and got the email I was cancel but 3 weeks later I get notice another box has shipped This is a hard club to quit
