Delivery information is poor

Just received our gift. The products are very good. Tasty and well presented Your delivery process is poor. As the gift recipient we should have received something from you advising of a delivery and estimated date along with tracking info as you have that info on the purchase order (add an email or phone for the récipient if it's not there).

Good Service Delivery

They have a nice selection of cured meats monthly. I’ve Noticed the last couple are Canadian companies, and for me most aren’t as good as the ones made in the Old Country, IE, Italy and Spain. The ones from Ontario so far are for me so-so and overpriced by a mile. The ones I have eaten from Quebec, esp. the Elizabeth Bleu cheese sausage was over the top. The sausages are for the most part not near spicy enough, we are not all 70 years old. The worst I ordered by far was the Bouquet of sausage sticks, they were highly dissapointing, mostly because I won’t eat Chicken sticks. My Favourite boxes so far were the Christmas and the made in Italy caccitories. Ive ordered the Fathers day box and I hope its great. I don’t or won’t order a monthly etc plan because I like to be able to pass if I know I don’t like it. Overall, a good service with room for improvement.

Didn’t get what I ordered

Ordered the snack box, which detailed that it had 3-5 cured meats and I ended up with the Jerky Bouquet. Not what I ordered at all, and when I emailed Customer Service, my reply was, the jerky bouquet is our snack box for June. Have a great day. I don’t care. That’s not what it said when I ordered online. I wouldn’t have ordered anything if I knew I was just getting jerky. Have emailed a second time, with no response yet. And this was a Fathers Day gift. So is anyone going to rectify this issue before then? I don’t have high hopes. Plus the coupon code that they said was available was not there at checkout. Which as I see by other reviews has happened to other customers. Not a great first impression at all.

NON RECEIPT OF GIFT

This item was sent to the wrong address 2 to 3 weeks ago. I'm fairly certain that a replacement was sent last week, and still nothing has arrived.
