Poor Customer Service
I ordered a Carnivore Box last year for my dad on Father’s Day. He enjoyed it immensely, so I got him another one this year. This time they sent the wrong product (a pepperoni bouquet) and forgot to include the card I filled out, so he had to guess who sent it to him.
My father mentioned how the box was a bit disappointing this year as it was al one product and kind of small. I contacted them to see if they sent the right item. They told me a website glitch sent out the bouquet instead of my ordered box. When I mentioned this was a shame as I did not get what I ordered they said they could send out the replacement box once I shipped back the first one.
However, the email exchanges took several days. By this time my dad had already eaten the gift. I mentioned this to them, and they said they will pass on the information so it doesn’t happen in the future. There was no offer of a discount or credit for a future order.
They produce a good product, but their customer service and basic manners are sorely lacking.
