Unexplained substitutions
We've been Classic Box members for 7 months, and even bought a gift box for my sister and her family because the selections have been great. In the last 3 boxes, some of the regular cured salami-style meats have been swapped out for "snack" items with no explanation. I file a ticket with Support and receive a reply that this was temporary and that this was due to inventory running low. Very understandable, but what really frustrates me is that I / we (your customer base) weren't told this was going to happen and the price didn't change. I now take the time to look us the box contents, like the one for September, and when I see things like "jerky", I postpone the box and buy an assortment elsewhere.
