Recent didsapointments
I don’t have an issue with the meats received, for the most part. There has been some confusing infortion on some of the products, such as the booklet indicating meats are ready to eat or should be refrigerated when the packaging indicates otherwise (going back to Johnson ham products that all had cooking instructions and more recently packages that stated refrigerate after opening). Also dissapointed in feats in shipping, especially January in which we were told of a delay and a revised shipping date was offered. However a second delay and yet another shipping date provided. It would have been better to advise customers once the product was definitely ready. Other circumstances not attributed to you will determine if I continue my order beyond February, but timeliness of shipping and receipt will factor in.
