Navigating the website was not user friendly in my humble opinion!

Love the products & customer service is great, but decision to stop phone support was poorly made.

Product was good! Not satisfied with customer service

I was very confused with where my order was being shipped to as the email I received from your company and Canada post that both the boxes were being shipped to an address in king (which only one box was supposed to ship there). When I contact your company they said they only had my address in Newmarket on file and not the king city adresss. The orders ended up going to the correct locations, it was just very confusing. The order that was sent to king arrived today and the ‘card’ that I had asked to be sent with it was not attached! So the person didn’t know who it was for or who it was from. I hope the December box can at least have the card attached.

much too spicy

The latest box was chorizo type sausage and all incredibly spicy, much too much for us. ,

What a mixed bag!

Carnivore Club, an idea I adore, but not executed the right way for me. CC started off with sending me a double dose of fabulous meat. But wait, double? Did I order that? I swear I didn't, they swear I did, and of course charged me twice. After contacting customer service, 3 times, it seemed the problem was fixed until next month, when once again I got double, and was charged double again. Another contact to customer service revealed that the original agent didn't cancel my second order because it took extra work. After a threat about the supervisor, the problem was immediately fixed. Some of the meat included in the boxes was great, but a lot of it was very spicy and frankly overly creative. I was hoping for great versions of classic cured meats, but a lot of it seemed like someone's experiment they were unloading.

October and September Boxes

September's box was very delayed and when it did arrive we did not receive what was on the card. October's box looks good but the meat doesn't have any labels on it so we don't know which is which or even if we got the right stuff.
