We have enjoyed a handful of boxes from Carnivore Club over the past years and have recommended it to many of our friends. The product is always delicious and top quality. Unfortunately, they recently switched delivery service providers to CanPar and we had a terrible experience trying to get our package delivered to us on time. Over a whole week of trying to get the box delivered we ended up having to go pick it up from the terminal on the day of our departure. When we told Carnivore all the details - not only could we not speak with a person on the phone but also we continued to get email communications that indicated they would be sticking with Can Par. Sadly, the end result of our communication left us with a bad taste in our mouths and we will not be ordering from Carnivore Club any more. I hope you all have much better experiences with your delivery and enjoy your tasty treats.

Love love love your product 👍🏼 Wish I could purchase items separately that we really like. Wish you could eliminate spicy jerky from subscriptions. Wish you could get the jerky bouquets in Canada and wish you responded quicker to inquiries.

There were multiple issues getting one of my orders out. It has been almost 1 month since the order was placed and now it has taken 1month to resolve the issue and supposedly the order has shipped. The only way to communicate is through email which delays customer service response and provides very slow results. Will likely not be using this company again because of the lack of customer service available. It took 1month to solve something via email that could have taken 5 min over the phone. Very disappointing.
